Talento Search Group has an immediate opening for a Electronics Assembler in Millbury,Ohio. This is a direct hire position with a pay range of $18-$21/hour on the 1st shift.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Providing products and services that meet customer expectations
• Controlling of nonconforming products
• Build assemblies and subassemblies per manufacturing drawings and instructions
• Operate hand tools and small power tools and understand their use and function
• Ensure equipment is in good working order and calibrated prior to use
• Control material costs and improve operational efficiencies

Education & Experience

• Associate degree or 2 plus years of equivalent technical experience and/or military technical training
• Work with Microsoft Office applications. Experience with MRP and testing software Thorough knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, OSHA, ISO/TS standards
• Experience using hand tools, such as soldering irons, hand crimpers, screwdrivers, wrenches, pilers, SMT rework equipment
