At Tally, PR and communications are critical for driving our mission and vision forward, and we are hiring our next Head of Communications. We are looking for an inspiring leader with a passion for consumer finance who will be a steward of Tally’s mission as we continue to scale and grow.

In This Role You Will:

• Lead our overall communications strategy and narrative roadmap across consumer, corporate and internal communications.
• Be a caretaker for Tally’s mission of making people less stressed and better off financially, while working relentlessly to drive understanding of Tally’s product offerrings
• Mentor and lead a team of seasoned Comms professionals, helping to build upon the success of our Consumer and Corporate Comms programs.
• Partner with executives and key stakeholders to shape, develop, and own updates to the corporate narrative and ensure messaging alignment across all external channels.
•  Elevate Tally leadership as industry thought leaders by managing media engagements and speaking opportunities, with a focus on Tally’s co-founder and CEO.
• Oversee and develop our internal communications capabilities, setting overarching strategy in collaboration with other senior leaders.
• Serve as strategic communications advisor to executives and teams to advance the company’s narrative and reputation.
