- A valid high school diploma or equivalent,
- Two years of experience in a customer facing related environment (e.g., Student Council, Student Clubs, Religious or Group Organizations, Team Sports Captain, or prior employment experience),
- Excellent phone, email & written communications skills,
- Basic working knowledge of computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT, etc.),

- Earn $20.74/hr. Pay will increase after completing 8-week training.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) CSP’s earn an additional $1.00 per hour differential upon completion of training/nesting! (While taking calls.) Se desea la habilidad de comunicarse excelentemente en escrito y verbal en Inglés y Español. (You will be testing in Spanish)
- Training hours are 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday at our Ybor location,
- You must be present every day and complete the entire training class along with meeting the performance and attendance standards defined during class orientation. Tests to ensure your progress will be administered throughout training,
- After you successfully complete your training, you will be moved to your work schedule,
- Your schedule is determined by business needs and seniority,
- Call Center Business Hours are from 7:30am to 630pm.
- After you have applied, you will be invited to complete TECO Customer Service Web Assessment.
- We will provide you with detailed instructions via email.
- The assessment will be sent on Jan 6, 2025, and you will have 5 days to complete it.
- Once you have completed the assessment, our hiring team will review the results and contact you if we decide to move forward in the interview process.
