Practice Manager - Tanner Heart & Vascular Specialists Villa Rica

Responsible for day to day operations of a medical practice (multiple locations and/or higher patient volume). Includes but is not limited to the scheduling of appointments, collection of data for posting charges to the patients account, preparing daily reports for the TMG and assisting in the preparation and review of the monthly reports. Also includes the implementation of OSHA/CLIA guidelines and the implementation and Interpretation of TMC Policies and Procedures. Education High School Diploma or GED Experience Two years of related experience. Requires working knowledge of specialized practices, equipment, and procedures. Qualifications *Ability to prioritize and organize the workload of multiple employees. *Bachelor degree preferred. *CPT and ICD Knowledge preferred. *Credit Check Required. *Exceptional communication skills with a pleasant demeanor and ability to communicate with a variety of individuals in various job functions *Exceptional organizational and motivational skills. *Minimum of two years supervisory experience required. Previous supervisory and patient contact work within the medical field desired *Must possess knowledge of modern office procedures and office equipment. *Must possess the ability to summarize financial and statistical information for review with the TMG staff *Professional appearance. *Proven ability to effectively work with others at all levels within and outside Tanner. *variety of individuals in various job functions. *work within the medical field desired. ,
