Job Title: Warehouse Analyst

Working Hours: 1st shift Monday through Friday
Location: TPT Plant
FLSA: Hourly
Overall Focus:
Provides support to the warehouse by ensuring the warehouse is organized & stocked. The analyst will prepare, receive and ship warehouse deliveries. The analyst will be trained to operate a forklift, pallet jack, powered pallet jack and scissor-lift. Analyst will be primary back up to Warehouse Supervisor and Deployment Analyst.
Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions
- Responsible for incoming / outgoing finished goods, materials, and ingredients
- Unloading and loading trucks using all appropriate paperwork (cab sheets, in/out form, etc.)
- Inventory management
- Maintain inventory accuracy through review of all transactions
- Maintain inventory levels and movements to and from our offsite facilities.
- Keep the PCE stocked with packaging to avoid all outages and shutdowns to production
- Return unused packaging back to the warehouse: fully validate packaging quantities prior to put away to ensure quantities in PCE are accurate and available for consumption.
- Physical inventory counts to be verified on a weekly basis for full warehouse count on a monthly basis
- Locate finished goods produced by the PCE in the warehouse
- Use of Navision handheld devices
- Must be fork truck trained
- Required to drive TPT box truck
Primary Back-up responsibilities
- Sales Order Entry
- Review Finished Goods/Open Order Report for Shipping Availability
- Preparing Finished Goods Shipment
- Requesting Carriers for Finished Goods Shipments
- Invoicing
- Update Shipment Trackers
- Provide Open Orders Report weekly
- Paperwork Filing
- Recall participation for outbound shipments.
- Customer complaint review – identify specific shipment and issue, work with Warehouse and Deployment teams to put corrective actions in place.
Qualifications – Knowledge and skills necessary to meet organizational objectives
- Education/Training/Experience: High School Diploma or GED
- 1-2 yrs. previous warehouse experience preferred
- Mathematical skills
- Ability to lift heavy objects
- Dependable & Reliable
- Inventory, equipment maintenance, data entry and computer skills may be required
- Very good computer skills (excel, training in TPT ERP, outlook)
