Job Summary:
The Ford Sales Associate is responsible for guiding customers through the vehicle purchasing process, providing excellent customer service, and meeting sales targets. This role involves understanding customer needs, showcasing Ford vehicles, explaining financing options, and closing sales to ensure a positive buying experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction:
Greet and engage customers as they arrive at the dealership.
Listen to customer needs and provide appropriate vehicle options.
Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features.
Sales Process:
Guide customers through the entire sales process, from initial contact to final purchase.
Negotiate price and payment options in line with dealership policies.
Prepare and complete all necessary sales documentation.
Product Knowledge:
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Ford.
vehicles, including features, specifications, and pricing.
Stay informed about industry trends, new models, and competitor offerings.
Customer Service:
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, concerns, and post-sale follow-up.

Qualifications:
Experience:
Previous sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry, is a plus.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Ford Factory Certification
