As the Sr. Implementation Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end implementation of our SaaS platform for clients. This role requires a deep understanding of both software implementation processes and the financial industry. You will work closely with clients to ensure successful onboarding, manage project timelines, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure that our platform is seamlessly integrated into the clients’ operations.

What You Will Do
- Client Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
- Project Management: Lead and manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Solution Design: Work closely with clients to understand their unique needs and configure the platform to meet those requirements.
- Team Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, including product, engineering, and TAM, to ensure all client requirements are met.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks in the implementation process and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve implementation processes to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of the implementation process, including client requirements, configuration settings, and project timelines.
- Bachelors Degree
- Excellent project management skills with a focus on detail and organization.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Proficient in using project management tools and software (e.g., Jira, Asana).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think critically and adapt to changing circumstances.
