RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure compliance with community governing documents, applicable laws, and regulations
- Manage and supervise vendors and contractors to ensure quality services and timely completion of projects
- Provide high-level customer service and respond to homeowner inquiries and concerns
- Prepare and present reports and financial statements to the Board of Directors
- Coordinate and attend board meetings, annual meetings, and other community events
- Oversee budgeting process and financial management of the communities
- Maintain community records and ensure accurate documentation
