Taylor Management Company is seeking a dedicated Community Manager to oversee a Mid Rise community. In this role, you will be the main point of contact for homeowners and the board of directors, ensuring smooth operations within the community and fostering a welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operations of property.
• Serve as the liaison between homeowners and the board of directors, addressing inquiries and concerns
• Prepare and present financial reports, budgets, and meeting agendas
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs, ensuring compliance with all governing documents
• Conduct regular inspections of the community to ensure high standards of safety and aesthetics
• Organize and participate in community events and meetings
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and contractors
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in community association management
• Strong knowledge of HOA rules and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software
• CMCA or other relevant certifications are a plus
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
