Job Summary

Our HRIS Analyst supports our People Department initiatives by providing HRIS reports and data, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Provides HRIS systems administration, user support and training as needed. Maintains and updates People Department Dashboard and all related-analytics, and produces HR Scorecards for the business. Serves as a people data subject matter expert (SME) and provides consistent and correct data to the company. You will be involved with the configuration and creation of reports in the Human Resources and Talent Acquisiton environments. Provides suggestions for systems improvements to ensure data integrity and compliance.

Essential Duties

  • Generates reports/queries, including writing, maintaining and supporting a variety of reports or queries utilizing appropriate reporting tools.
  • Assists in development of standard reports for ongoing customer needs.
  • Helps maintain data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data.
  • Provides production support, including researching and resolving HRIS problems, unexpected results or process flaws; performing scheduled activities; recommending solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements.
  • Develops, deploys and maintains reporting processes and procedures for detailed ad hoc and regularly scheduled reports through HRIS back-office administrator role. This includes best practice research training, documentation, and strageies leading to accuracey and consistency.
  • Provides system administration and end user support for assigned HR tools and systems, which may include candidate assessment tools, sourcing/pipeline management systems, and Partner database.
  • Participates in vendor evaluation and selection, and assists in managing vendor relationships.
  • Maintains robust reporting requirements. Includes pulling ad hoc data and reports from the applicant tracking, onboarding, and HRIS systems.
  • Serves as subject matter expert in reporting and HRIS data analytics.
  • Responsible for accurately reporting quarterly people metrics including turnover and retention data, and corporate objective data to business partners.
  • Responsible for managing and updating the data that supports the People Department Dashboard, and HR Scorecards, quarterly, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Participate in process and technology projects and initiatives across TA and HR.

Minimum Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years in creating and editing excel reports, including data analyzation experience is required.
  • Experience in configuring HRIS and Onboarding modules, applicant tracking systems, or other human resources related systems is preferred.
  • Advanced Excel skills are required.
  • Working knowledge of UltiPro is strongly preferred.
  • 1 year experience creating reports with Cognos BI or related software is preferred.
  • Experience creating and generating reports from HRIS systems is required.
  • Working knowledge of Human Resources practices is required.
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Ability to multi-task and juggle multiple projects and responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Outlook needed.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field is preferred.
