As a Full-time Teller , your day-to-day functions would include (but are not limited to) :
- Provide exceptional care and customer service to our Members aligning with Tech Credit Union’s Mission, Vision, and Core Values
- Answer our Members' questions and provide assistance with their accounts with courtesy and professionalism
- Explore financial products or services that may help our Members reach their financial goals
- Actively participate in the growth and advancement of Tech Credit Union
- Protect our Members' financial accounts by diligently follow all procedures, government regulations, and security guidelines
- Open new accounts for Members
- Accurately and efficient perform financial transactions such as
- Deposit checks and cash to checking, savings, and club accounts
- Apply loan payments
- Prepare money orders and other financial instruments
- and more
