About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Project Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Project Initiation:
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk assessments.
- Secure necessary approvals and resources.
- Project Planning:
- Create comprehensive project schedules and work breakdown structures.
- Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path activities.
- Develop effective communication plans to keep stakeholders informed.
- Project Execution:
- Lead project teams, assign tasks, and monitor progress.
- Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effective resource utilization.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.
- Project Monitoring and Control:
- Track project performance against established KPIs and metrics.
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed.
- Conduct regular status reviews with project stakeholders.
- Identify and address potential bottlenecks and challenges.
- Project Closure:
- Conduct a final project review and evaluation.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- PMP certification preferred.
- 5 years of experience in IT project management.
- Proven experience managing projects in the financial or healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira).
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with financial systems (e.g., ERP, CRM) or healthcare IT systems (e.g., EHR, EMR).
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA, SOX).
- Experience with data migration and integration projects.
