HR Onboarding Specialist
Will be a professional who organizes, streamlines, and oversees the onboarding process for all new employees joining Technomics. This role is entry level and ideal for a recent or upcoming college graduate eager to begin their career in Human Resources and grow within a supportive and dynamic organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer the employee onboarding and orientation process during the first week.
- Call and email new employees with information about Technomics and their position, including work schedules, dress code, and parking options.
- Complete background investigations and assist with I-9 form completion.
- Prepare onboarding welcome kits to create a positive first impression.
- Lead and oversee the internal Peer Buddy Program to foster meaningful connections.
- Play an active role in supporting employee morale and promoting company culture.
- Assist with other Human Resources activities as assigned or needed.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
- Education: Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and follow through with minimal supervision.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the field of Human Resources.
- Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships while fostering a collaborative work environment.
- A positive attitude with a passion for creating a welcoming and inclusive workplace.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and being able to manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced work environment.
