Location : Ridgewood NJ (Hybrid work)
Employment Type: Full-time
Experience : 10 years
Please Note : This is a hybrid work arrangement requiring the resource to work onsite for 3 days a week and remotely for the remaining 2 days.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage Cloud, AI, Digital Transformation, and Application Development projects using Agile methodologies to deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including Gantt charts, to ensure clear timelines and milestones.
- Drive effective scope management by defining project boundaries and managing scope changes efficiently.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure smooth execution and delivery.
- Handle change management processes, including preparing and managing change orders, to align project outcomes with evolving customer needs.
- Drive Agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to optimize efficiency and ensure successful delivery.
- Proactively manage customer expectations through clear communication, regular updates, and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
- Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams, including offshore resources, to ensure seamless project execution across global locations.
- Act as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project goals, deliverables, and timelines.
- Utilize strong analytical and organizational skills to track progress, resolve issues, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Foster a collaborative and results-driven environment, promoting accountability and continuous improvement within the project team.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing projects in Cloud or AI or Digital Transformation or Application Development.
- Expertise in Agile methodologies, with the ability to lead Agile teams and practices effectively.
- Strong skills in scope management, risk assessment, and change management processes.
- Proficiency in project management tools and techniques, including Gantt charts and project scheduling tools.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to manage stakeholder expectations and foster collaboration.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and coordinate onshore and offshore resources effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.
Certifications (Required):
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), or SAFE certification.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO/PSPO) or Project Management Professional (PMP).
