Investor Relations Analyst
Techstars is seeking an Investor Relations Analyst to join the Capital Formation team. As an Investor Relations Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting all facets of capital raising and ongoing investor relationship management including collateral preparation and maintenance, pipeline management, conferences and roadshows, annual meetings and events, due diligence processes, and bespoke projects and deliverables. The position requires someone who is detail oriented, with excellent communication, time management, and organization skills, with the ability to make independent decisions regarding the best way to handle and prioritize tasks. The candidate must have the highest integrity, a respect for confidentiality, and demonstrate good judgment. The IR Analyst is expected to be resourceful, reliable, credible and a team player. This position reports to the Head of Investor Relations.
