Must Have Skills:
FlexPLM Customization
FlexPLM Architecture
Oracle/SQL
Java/JSP

Detailed Job Description:
At least 8 years of experience in FlexPLM Skills
Solution development using Flex PLM. Must have Customization expertise using FlexPLM 10.2/11/12 and good understanding of FLEXPLM UI (JSP, JSP Overrides, etc.).
Should have experience in Requirement Analysis and Effort Estimation, Testing and deploy solutions
Should be able to play a consultant role and should be able to work with multiple teams.
Experience in creating requirement specifications based on Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes
Experience in Development/ Configuration/solutions evaluation/ Validation and deployment
Experience in capturing requirements related to internal/external consulting, documenting, and mapping current business process
Analytical and Communication skills
Planning and Co-ordination skills
Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment

Minimum Years of Experience: 8-10 years
