Key Responsibilities
- Design, layout, and construct a variety of prototype tools, fixtures, and PCBs for development purposes.
- Conduct feasibility tests, troubleshooting, and fault isolation on breadboards and hybrids.
- Perform measurements in accordance with design verification plans and document results.
- Prepare engineering test reports and ensure tools are properly documented with schematics and layouts.
- Ensure compliance with FDA regulations, company policies, and operating procedures.
- Collaborate with teams across multiple levels of the organization, ensuring timely project delivery.
- Expertise in PCB layout, construction, and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in FDA regulatory compliance and company policies related to medical devices.
- Advanced skills in spreadsheet, word processing, and database management applications.
- Six Sigma knowledge and experience desired.
- Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel up to 10%, including internationally.
