Break/fix support (ServiceNow Incidents)
o OS issues
o Application issues
Reinstallation
May require working directly with app support teams if reinstallation doesn't fix issues
o Teach/train customers
o Replace broken hardware with redeploy or new hardware depending on what is budgeted
Move, Adds, Changes (ServiceNow REQ and projects)
o Move existing equipment
May require making data jacks live and configuring VLANs
o Install new equipment for growth purposes
May require making data jacks live and configuring VLANs
o Remove old equipment that is no longer needed
May require terminating data jack connections
o Install newly requested software
o Remove software that is no longer needed
