*Job Description*
* The Executive Case Manager provides expertise on insurance coverage and common access and reimbursement challenges affecting patients, healthcare providers and clients
* Advising healthcare providers (HCP's) and/or patients on the benefits and program eligibility for a specific patient
* Builds trusted relationships with patients, prescribers, and client stakeholders through proactive communication and relentless passion for helping patients
* Manage all relationships in a manner that adheres to all relevant laws, regulations, program-specific operating procedures and industry standards
* Managed through a contact center structure, this role supports outbound and inbound calls to patients, caregivers, specialty pharmacies and healthcare professionals
* Performs post benefits investigation calls to patients and/or physicians explaining coverage options and next steps in the access journey
*Additional Skills & Qualifications*
* 3-5 years of healthcare customer support experience (benefits investigation, prior authorization, etc.)
* Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
* Medical terminology knowledge
* Service minded individuals
* Trouble-shooting and problem solving individuals
* *MUST* be bilingual in English and Spanish
* *MUST* reside in Indiana or Kentucky

The pay range for this position is $47840.00 - $52000.00
