Qualifications
- Office Liaison with all staff and external parties. Customer focused.
- Proactive with strong team support capabilities to oversee office operations, file management, project tracking and other areas
- Set calendar appointments, organize weekly staff and other meetings
- Coordinate document execution and recordation of Easements, Plats, Contracts, HOA docs, Zoning, Deeds, etc.
- Preparation of expense reports and other documents
- Exceptional organizational, time management and communication abilities
- Self motivation, adaptability, time management, problem solving, attention to detail and prioritization skills a must
- Minimum 3 years previous operations and administrative assistant experience in real estate or related fields
- Proficiency in Outlook and MS Office plus other relevant software
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree
