Office Assistant duties and responsibilities include providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Organize and schedule work and appointments
- Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
- Maintain a filing system
- Order office supplies
- Provide information by answering questions and requests
- Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
- Maintain computer and manual filing systems
- Receive, sort and distribute the mail

WAGE
- $18-20/hr. starting pay
