What are the responsibilities and job description for the Building Superintendent position at Temple & Temple Excavating & Paving, Inc.?
- Manage the excavation, grading, and preparation of sites for new construction, including roads, parking lots, and drainage systems.
- Oversee and manage earthmoving activities, including operating bulldozers, graders, and excavators.
- Coordinate site preparation, soil testing, and compaction to meet project specifications.
- Ensure that grading, trenching, and other earthwork is completed efficiently, accurately, and according to plans.
- Monitor site progress and ensure the project remains on schedule and within budget.
- Managing all sub- contractors on particular jobs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
