Tennessee Orthopaedic Alliance is the largest orthopaedic surgery group in Nashville and Middle Tennessee. • Assist callers by routing all incoming telephone calls to the proper department or personnel
• Operate the institutional paging system
• Take messages when necessary
• In-house paging when necessary
• Communicate with answering service.
• Fax weekly on-call schedule to answering service.
• Number loose work and scan into TouchChart
• Correct return mail
• Give directions
• Mail MD letters

Requirements

• High school diploma required
• Excellent customer service
• Professional phone etiquette
