POSITION OVERVIEW:
As the Gaming Audit Supervisor at Terrible's, you will be responsible for overseeing the auditing and financial compliance activities related to gaming operations within the organization. You will lead a team of auditors and work closely with various departments to ensure the integrity of financial transactions, adherence to regulatory, MICS and ICP requirements, and the identification of operational inefficiencies. This critical role requires a strong understanding of gaming industry regulations, accounting principles, and exceptional leadership skills to ensure the organization's financial and operational success.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The following and other duties may be assigned as necessary:
- Auditing Processes: Oversee and conduct audits of gaming financials, ensuring compliance with internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. Review financial records, reconciliations, and transactions to identify discrepancies, risks, and potential areas of improvement.
- Gaming Regulations: Stay up-to-date with the latest gaming industry regulations and ensure compliance with gaming authorities' requirements. Develop audit programs and procedures specific to gaming activities, including slot machines, cage and other gaming-related operations.
- Risk Assessment: Identify potential risks related to gaming and non-MICS, ICP compliance, including fraud, embezzlement, or operational inefficiencies. Develop strategies to mitigate these risks and improve internal controls.
- Process Improvement: Work closely with department heads to identify areas for process improvement and operational efficiency. Recommend changes to existing procedures to enhance financial controls and optimize business operations.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards governing gaming and non-gaming activities. Collaborate with external auditors and regulatory authorities during audits and investigations.
- Internal Controls: Evaluate and monitor the effectiveness of internal controls across various departments, ensuring adequate safeguards are in place to protect company assets and maintain accurate financial records.
- Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and present audit findings, recommendations, and reports to management. Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation of audit processes and results.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance is preferred,
- Proven experience in auditing, with a minimum of 5 years in a supervisory role.
- Deep understanding of gaming industry regulations, gaming control boards, and auditing standards specific to the gaming sector.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and internal control frameworks.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, capable of leading a team and effectively collaborating with stakeholders at all levels.
- Familiarity with financial software and auditing tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Discretion and a high level of integrity to handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately.

LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and interpret documents in English, such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to read and communicate verbally in English. Written communication skills in in English may also be required.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
