Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring client satisfaction by providing excellent support and service. You will handle client inquiries, assist with appointment scheduling, and maintain clear communication between clients and attorneys. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, a professional demeanor, and a solid understanding of customer service principles in a legal setting. These positions could be 4 hour, 8 hour, or 2 hours in between classes, or multiple hours spread out over the course of the work day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and emails, addressing client questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Greet clients and visitors with a welcoming attitude, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued.
- Schedule consultations and follow-up appointments for attorneys.
- Assist in managing the firm's calendar and coordinate appointments.
- Maintain up-to-date client records in our database.
- Handle client complaints with sensitivity, resolving issues effectively or escalating them when necessary.
- Liaise between clients and attorneys to ensure smooth communication and quick response to client needs.
- Uphold the confidentiality and professionalism required in a law firm environment.
- Analyze customer feedback and data to enhance client services.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Utilize any bilingual skills in both English and Spanish to support our diverse Client base.
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in English.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus!
- Previous experience in a customer service or client-facing role, ideally in a legal or professional services setting.
- Strong data entry skills for accurate record keeping with attention to detail
- Ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality.
- A positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
