Texas de Brazil is an upscale Brazilian Steakhouse NOW INTERVIEWING & HIRING for the following:
- Gaucho Grill Cook/Carver
*Kitchen/Cooking experience is a plus but not necessary. At Texas de Brazil, the gauchos are responsible for preparing various meats, cooking various meats over an open flame, then serving the meats table-side to guests in the dining room.
We are accepting applications, interviewing, hiring/training potential Carver/Gaucho applicants to join our team! Work in the Grill Station to prepare a variety of meats according to their recipe (and general cleaning of work area/utensils).
- Responsible for maintaining food production standards as per the Texas de Brazil Manual and specifications
- Fill in where necessary in the Restaurant.
- Follow daily maintenance and cleaning schedule in the Restaurant/Grill Station & Kitchen.
- Operate all equipment in safe fashion following safety guidelines and report any faulty equipment to management
- Follow all health and safety code regulations.
- Work to minimize food waste
- Complete other restaurant specific cleaning tasks as directed by the manager
Bi-Lingual Preferred
