TEXAS TECH UNIVERSITY is Hiring a Senior Administrative Assistant Near Lubbock, TX
- Provides administrative support for the Associate Vice President for Financial and Business services as well as support for the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer on an as needed basis.
- Will assist with the management of calendars, scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements, and coordination of basic projects.
- Performs financial functions and maintain related financial records such as processing requisitions, purchase orders, processing deposits, and reconciliation of expenses.
- Assist the Associate Vice President for Financial and Business Services as needed, in preparing, editing, and finalizing correspondence, newsletters, presentations, reports, and other materials.
- Serve as administrative "back-up" for the Senior Vice President for Administration and Finance and CFO's Executive Assistant.
- Other duties as assigned.
