About The Job
As a Intern, you will be working in the Marketing department at our Houston Headquarters location, you will play a vital role in executing and managing a specific marketing project, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes. You'll support ongoing digital marketing operations, including content creation, social media management, email campaigns, and website updates. In this role, you'll provide administrative support such as scheduling, document preparation, and data entry while collaborating with team members on various tasks to achieve departmental goals. You'll also conduct research, gather data to inform marketing strategies, and track key metrics to measure the performance of digital marketing efforts. Engage in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to contribute your ideas and solutions, all while gaining valuable hands-on experience in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Minimum Requirements Include
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with online collaboration tools.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing principles and platforms.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Experience with social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X) and content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
- Familiarity with email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Creativity and ability to contribute fresh ideas to digital marketing campaigns.
- Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop) is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with an interest in data-driven decision-making.
- Students will participate in engaging activities and collaborate closely with a dedicated Mentor and Buddy for guidance and support throughout the program.
- The program spans 12–14 weeks during the summer months, offering flexibility within that range.
- The majority of opportunities are based at one of our three locations: Houston, TX; Missouri City, TX; or the North Houston Data Center. Limited positions may be available at our global sites, including Oslo, Norway, and Weybridge, United Kingdom. Students interested in U.S.-based positions must be prepared to relocate independently to the Houston, TX area for the duration of the internship.
