Responsibilities
Outbound Calling: Proactively make outbound calls to warm and cold leads provided by the agency.
Qualify Leads: Identify prospective clients insurance needs and assess their readiness for a live transfer to a licensed producer.
Live Transfers: Seamlessly transfer qualified leads to the agency owner or licensed producer for detailed consultation and policy binding.
Data Management: Accurately record interactions, update lead statuses, and manage follow-up schedules using the agencys CRM and lead management systems.
Achieve Metrics: Meet and exceed daily and weekly goals, including call volume, lead qualifications, and live transfer targets.
Client Engagement: Deliver a professional and positive customer experience, representing the agencys core values and commitment to protection.
Requirements
Experience: Previous experience in telemarketing, sales development, or outbound calling preferred.
Skills: Strong communication and persuasive skills with the ability to handle objections effectively.
Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using CRM tools, dialer systems, and basic office software.
Self-Motivated: A results-oriented individual with the ability to work independently and remain focused on achieving targets.
Availability: Must be available to work in the agencys office during regular business hours.
