What are the responsibilities and job description for the JV Girls Soccer Head Coach position at Thales Academy?

We are excited to begin offering athletics at our Flowers Plantation campus! Thales Academy Athletics is a lively, ever-evolving program.
We are currently searching for qualified coaching candidates to lead our JV Girls Soccer Team
Soccer is a Spring sport which will run from the middle of February 2025 - middle of May 2025.
Primary duties/responsibilities include:
- Conduct tryouts for team
- Create plans for all practices and games
- Manage game decisions, playing time, feedback from players and parents
- Consistently communicate with Athletic Director, players, and parents
- Provide instruction and development skills to the student in relation to the assigned sport
- Contribute to the education program as a whole and to the growth of student-athletes involved so that they are successfully competitive.
Pay:
All Coaches will be paid with a stipend at the end of the season.
- New JH/JV Head Coach: $1,150
- Returning JH/HV Head Coach: $1,350
As a part-time, non-contract position with Thales Academy, this employment does not include any benefits package.
