General Requirements

- Certifications:
- For Servers & Bartenders:
- Must be certified by the California Alcoholic Beverage Control’s Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) Training Program.
- Must have a food handler’s card.
- For Security:
- Must hold a valid BSIS Guard Card.
- Must either be certified in the RBS Training Program or complete it upon hire.
