What We’re Looking For:
Santé is seeking a Project and Data Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting the leadership team at Sante Group, in particular Chief Operating Officer in handling the project management and data reporting of the managed services department and other coordination for the leadership team.
What You’ll Do:
- Handle the project management solution, Asana for support services – HR, Finance and IT
- Provide weekly project reporting to C-Suite team on a routine basis.
- Develop standard operating procedures (SOP) for services and activities for the support services.
- Coordinate with technology team to develop executive dashboard and reports on a weekly / monthly basis.
- Collaborated with the HR team on updating the ADP solutions for on-boarding documents.
- Assist in integration of system with ADP, Relias and other solutions within the managed services department.
- Update protocols related to day-to-day activities – vehicles list, claim processing, cell phone process (AT&T bills), and Vonage.
- Develop allocations for building location by program and other expenditures.
- Participate in and complete all required trainings
- Check work e-mail according to agency protocol
- Other duties as assigned
What We Require:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field of study from an accredited college or university or at least three (3) years’ related experience.
- Valid driver’s license and proof of current automobile insurance.
