Responsibilities
As a Roofing Sales Closer, you will:
- Lead and Inspire:
- Set clear performance targets, plans, and rigorous standards for your team.
- Motivate and engage with monetary and intrinsic rewards like sales contests, incentives, and public recognition.
- Participate in team-building events to foster camaraderie and collaboration.
- Sales Expertise:
- Demonstrate mastery of roofing product knowledge.
- Build and execute aggressive door-knocking plans for D2D and B2B sales.
- Optimize every opportunity to close deals and maximize earning potential.
- Recruit, Train, and Retain:
- Onboard, coach, and develop new sales reps to achieve their full potential.
- Conduct ride-along and field days to support and mentor team members.
- Accountability and Discipline:
- Ensure adherence to the company’s sales processes and technologies.
- Provide counsel and support while holding underperformers accountable.
- Make tough calls when necessary to maintain a high-performing team.
- Customer-Centric Focus:
- Maintain exceptional customer service and ensure satisfaction and retention.

Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in D2D and/or B2B sales.
- Strong knowledge of roofing products and services.
- Demonstrated leadership ability and sales acumen with a history of exceeding targets.
- Willingness to relocate to Florida prior to starting work (Required).

Pay: $185,000.00 - $272,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
Compensation Package:
