What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director of Audiology - Cochlear Implant Center position at The American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)?
The CI Center @ GBMC is looking for a Director of Audiology. Candidates should have 8 years of CI experience, strong clinical expertise, a passion for education and outreach, strong leadership and mentor skills, and a progressive viewpoint. We are looking for an individual with organizational design, research, and management experience. Duties will include 3 days direct patient care and 2 administrative days. Administrative duties will include staff management, philanthropy, development and maintenance of educational materials and center website, budget management, and marketing. Consider joining our comprehensive team of professionals. We are a community-based hospital with tremendous support within our organization. We provide patient-centered cochlear implant care to pediatrics through adults. A strong evidence-based protocol ensures streamlined services for audiologic, rehabilitative and surgical care both in person and virtually.
