General Description:
- Prepares food items for Resident meals.
- Serves Resident meals.
- Try to create a restaurant setting for our Residents.
- Maintains sanitary conditions in the Dietary department.
- Cleans dishes using dish washing machine.
- Follows the direction of the Dietary Supervisor/Cook.
- Other duties as assigned.
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining clean and sanitary conditions in assigned areas as directed according to established standards.
- Observing proper cleaning techniques.
- Quality of work performed should be held to a high standard.
- Keeping up with work demand.
- Cooperating with other employees to promote efficiency and morale of departments.
- Attendance is mandatory.
- Must be clean, well groomed and in uniform at all times.
