What You’ll Do
Join our dynamic Waitstaff team and be instrumental in providing outstanding dining experiences for our residents, members, clients, and guests.

- per week) - Flexibility is required to work any day of the week, including weekends, from 6:00am to 2:00pm.
- This position has a duration of up to six months, with the potential for extension or conversion to a permanent role, depending on business needs.
Compensation
$17.00 to $17.50 HourlyResponsibilities
- Greets all guests and takes beverage and food orders in a prompt and professional manner.
- Prepares food and beverages for service to residents and guests in compliance with all health and safety regulations and presentation standards.
- Accurately enters orders into the POS system.
- Serves food and beverages to residents and guests with accuracy in a courteous, timely, and professional manner, meeting or exceeding guest service standards and expectations.
- Works with and follows up with Supervisors and Managers to address and respond to residents’ concerns and requests in regard to food quality, service, and related matters.
- Provides Managers and Supervisors with continuous feedback from residents on food preparation, presentation, and taste.
- Performs side-work and other opening or closing duties as required.
- Ensures that waitstaff stations are clean and maintained throughout the shift.

Education/Experience
High school graduate preferred. Prior customer service experience preferred.
Computer Skills
Use of computers, working knowledge of POS system and software applications to input and research data.
