Investment Account Manager
The Associated Jewish Community Federation of Baltimore manages an extensive investment program for itself, its agencies and other not-for-profits. We are in search of an Investment Account Manager who will be responsible for: collecting, compiling and reporting on the investment management accounts used for endowment and supporting foundation assets; aid in customer service for supporting foundation and donor advised fund clients; oversee data and information collection and dissemination; prepare financial reports for internal and external users; and other tasks as deemed necessary.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Work closely with the Vice President of Investments to collect, compile and monitor investment account statements from assets held for The Associated, its supporting foundation and donor advised fund program
Create financial statement for assigned foundation clients
Work with outside auditors and tax preparers to support the annual audit and Form 990 preparation
Provide customer support services to donor families and supporting foundation clients invested with the Associated, including attending board meetings to present financials
Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures and instructions; and
Other duties or tasks as the supervisor may deem necessary.
Skills/Requirements:
College degree in Finance or Economics
5 years of experience in Financial services industry
Ability to maintain confidentially
Needs to be receptive to and accepting guidance from others
Ability to deal with difficult people and problems
Able to work well in a team environment
Able to work in a diverse group of people
Intermediate level of proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range: $70,000-$78,000, commensurate with experience.
