Hotel-Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Technician Duties

• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred but not required.
• 1st Shift - (8am - 4:00pm) - must be available to work weekends and take days off during the week.
• Pay $16.00/hour
• Building systems: Maintaining the hotel's electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and lighting systems
• Equipment: Performing preventative maintenance on equipment and machinery to extend their lifespan
• and minimize downtime
• Safety: Conducting safety inspections to identify and address potential hazards, and ensuring compliance
• with safety regulations
• Emergency repairs: Responding to emergency maintenance requests, such as leaks, power outages, or
• structural damage
• Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, repairs, and
• inspections
• Janitorial duties: Cleaning common areas, restrooms, and break rooms
• Painting and finishing: Painting and finishing surfaces to maintain a clean and fresh appearance.

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality management is preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
• A positive attitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing excellent guest services.
