Job Summary : Entry level position maintaining existing landscaping for facilities. Performs routine light maintenance tasks in the areas of plumbing, carpentry, painting or other facilities repair.
Essential Functions :
- Perform routine grounds keeping, including but not limited to : grass cutting, weeding, spraying, pruning, tree removal, planting, trimming, pond maintenance, exterior debris pick-up, snow and pest removal,
- Perform light maintenance tasks, including but not limited to equipment cleaning and maintenance, painting, plumbing, electrical, basic carpentry repair, filter changes, oil changes, heavy commercial cleaning, general facilities repair and maintenance.
- Perform monthly equipment checks.
- Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and complies with company safety policies at all times.
- Operates equipment such as but not limited to fork / scissor lift and riding lawn mower, in the performance of the position responsibilities.
- Other duties as assigned.
