We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team at a dynamic hotel environment. Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently using hotel management software.
- Answer phone calls promptly and handle inquiries regarding reservations, services, and hotel amenities.
- Provide information about local attractions, dining options, and hotel services to enhance guest experience.
- Resolve guest complaints or issues with professionalism and courtesy.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions in the front desk system.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Assist in managing reservations and coordinating with other departments as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in front desk operations or customer service within the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Familiarity with phone systems and hotel management software is a plus.
- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to diverse guests.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on guest services and hospitality management.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in managing guest requests.
- A passion for creating memorable experiences for guests in a resort or hotel setting.
