- Greet incoming guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
- Manage seating arrangements and reservations efficiently.
- Communicate wait times to guests and provide updates as necessary.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area.
- Utilize TOAST POS system for managing reservations and guest information.
- Provide exceptional guest relations by addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Help create a positive dining atmosphere through effective communication and teamwork.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality environment is preferred.
