Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of customer service experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational ability and computer proficiency
- Florida Drivers License
- Full schedule flexibility including weekends and holidays
- Greet guests at the Valet Desk and fulfill valet requests
- Manage house car services
- Collect payments and ensure accurate daily revenue posting
- Manage bellman tasks and efficiently deliver luggage to guest rooms
