What your day will look like:

• Creating industry leading asphalt pavement sealer through a continuous, automated in-line milling process with a high-speed Colloid Mill.
• Monitor and record status on production equipment and gauges at specific intervals.
• Perform and track the unloading of raw materials from bulk delivery tankers.
• Gather samples and perform quality control testing as required.
• Manage and track storage tank levels of raw and finished goods.
• Interact and assist with customers and vendors.
• Build/assemble asphalt tools as necessary
  
  

What your schedule will look like:

• We operate on a seasonal schedule. What this means is that during the months December thru February, production of pavement sealer is suspended, and a change occurs to the required work schedule. This is listed below.
• 8-hour shift Monday thru Friday 6 am to 2 pm during the months March thru November
• 8-hour shift Monday thru Friday 7:30 am to 3:30 pm during the months December thru February
• Overtime as required
• Saturdays as required
  
  

Requirements:

• Pass a pre-employment drug screen (including marijuana)
• Minimum of a high school education or GED
• Proficient with MS Office Excel, Word and Outlook
• Experience in a manufacturing/processing plant is preferred
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Must be able to perform physical tasks for extended periods of time including standing, walking, climbing, and bending.
• Must be able to climb and/or work at heights while utilizing stairs, ladders or personnel lifts.
• Wear protective clothing and equipment such as safety shoes, safety glasses, hearing protection and gloves when required.
• Ability to work in hot, cold, noisy, dusty and wet environmental conditions.
• Willing to work around industrial high-speed moving machinery.
• Must be able to operate a forklift.

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 45 – 50 per week
