Client Service Analyst – Private Capital Solutions
Location: Hybrid remote/on-site (must have ability to work from the corporate office in Hoboken, NJ as needed)
Duration: Full-Time/Permanent
About the Role
The Client Service Analyst provides product support to clients and prospects. Through hands-on training and exposure to Burgiss’ products, this individual will gain valuable product and private capital knowledge while building client relationship skills.
Experience and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or a similar field
1-2 years of finance, accounting, or investment experience (senior levels will be considered based on experience)
Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and computer skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Portfolio analysis, performance measurement, or domain expertise in private capital a plus
Training, consulting, or client presentation experience a plus but not required
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
Provide assistance with the day-to-day usage of Burgiss’ products to asset owners, asset managers, and financial intermediaries.
Work with investment, operations, and risk teams to integrate Burgiss’ products into their private capital monitoring and measurement processes.
Acquire a thorough understanding of Burgiss’ product suite to assist clients with monitoring their private portfolios, benchmarking, measuring and attributing performance, and forecasting cash flow and valuations.
Create and conduct client-facing training sessions and webinars.
Coordinate internally with Product, Technical Operations, Engineering, Implementation, and other departments as needed to provide client solutions.
Provide product support by addressing all product-related inquiries via email, phone calls, and Microsoft Teams meetings, and ensuring that all client interactions are documented cases in CRM.
Interpret General Partner annual and quarterly reports to assist clients with portfolio company data.
