Overview
We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer support while managing various administrative tasks. Duties
- Proficient using google for emails , sheets, word etc..
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a warm and professional manner.
- Answer phone calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel or department.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members.
- Maintain an organized reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping.
- Provide customer support by addressing client questions or concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth office operations.
Skills
- Strong customer support skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Bilingual abilities, especially in Spanish, are a significant advantage.
- Proficient typing skills for efficient data entry and communication.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience as a personal assistant is a plus, demonstrating the ability to manage multiple responsibilities.

Expected hours: 2 – 15 per week
