Project and Document Control Associate builds, updates, and maintains materials used by CSAs, including the collections manuals, OpsNet testing, and memo announcements. PDC Associate also cooperates with other departments to help assist with UIP to FACS functionality, OpsNet team lists, training schedule, systems research, and client audit document requests. Working for the Senior Supervisor of PDC, they will be responsible for monitoring multiple projects and tasks to ensure timely completion. To ensure each project has the appropriate level of resources, time and support to ensure quality and efficiency standards are met. Additional responsibilities may include needs analysis, call review for multiple business lines and creating memo communications. The successful candidate will be computer savvy, organized and able to navigate multiple projects simultaneously successfully.
