The Center: A Place of HOPE is a faith-based private agency that provides Partial Hospitalization (PHP) Day Treatment Programs for Mental Health and Substance Use including:

• Depression Treatment

We are looking for a LICENSED MENTAL HEALTH THERAPIST (LMHC, LMFT, or LICSW) living in the greater Puget Sound area, who is experienced in group and individual counseling, values a whole-person approach to healing, and enjoys working in a team-oriented environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:

This position is responsible for facilitating group therapy, individual counseling, providing Clinical Supervision for associate-level employees, and providing leadership and support for our Saturday team.

SCHEDULE:

The Center: A Place of HOPE's Mental Health Therapist Lead Position is a W2 position.

This position is a Tuesday - Saturday, 8AM - 5PM.

PAY:

The Center: A Place of HOPE offers competitive, above-market pay based on experience and licensure.

$80,000 - $100,000 per year dependent on years of experience and licensure. Pay is negotiable.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• A Washington State LMHC, LMFT, or LISCW License
• Must meet the state Clinical Supervisor requirement.
• Experience in and passion for leading teams in a clinical environment.
