Job Summary
Our Customer Relations Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for our wholesale and retail customers. This person will be responsible for scheduling orders, and handling customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints. Our Customer Relations Manager will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to improve the customer experience and identify areas for improvement.
Duties
- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures
- Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
- Communicate with customers to resolve escalated issues
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to enhance customer engagement
- Manage projects related to improving customer relations
Requirements
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in customer service or related field
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions
- Previous experience in supervising teams is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $10.00 - $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
