Crew Member/Cashier

Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our team. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our guests. You will be responsible for various tasks within the store or restaurant, including food preparation, cash handling, and maintaining cleanliness. Duties

• Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service throughout their visit.
• Operate cash registers and POS systems accurately, handling cash transactions efficiently.
• Assist with food preparation and ensure all food handling guidelines are followed.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, dining areas, and restrooms to uphold health and safety standards.
• Stock shelves and assist with inventory management as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the food industry or grocery store setting is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with cash registers, POS systems, and basic math skills for accurate cash handling.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor to engage with customers effectively.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Food handling certification is a plus but can be obtained after hiring.
