Job Purpose
Provides project management support to Bethany Children’s Health Center by ensuring timely and effective communication, developing detailed project plans and milestones, and driving successful project outcomes.

Prepare and distribute regular project reports, updates, and presentations to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment. Facilitate regular meetings with stakeholders to discuss project progress, resource requirements, and potential adjustments. |

Change Management - Develop and implement comprehensive change management plans to support project initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to the organization. Conduct detailed assessments of the impact of changes on the organization, including potential risks and challenges. Engage with stakeholders at all levels to understand their concerns and expectations related to proposed changes. |

Project Documentation - Create, update, and organize project documentation including project plans, schedules, status reports, and meeting minutes. Ensure all project documents are accurate, complete, and adhere to company standards and templates. Document resource plans, allocation decisions, and changes, ensuring that all stakeholders have access to up-to-date information. |

Strategic Planning - Develop comprehensive project plans aligned with the organization's strategic goals and objectives. Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with Chief Information Executive and key stakeholders. Ensure that all projects are aligned with the company's strategic vision, identifying how each project contributes to the overall hospital strategy. Regularly review and adjust project plans to maintain alignment with evolving organizational strategies and priorities. |
